About these terms
These terms apply to the Lehasig website and to the programs run by Lehasig Inc., trading as Lehasig School for Success ("Lehasig", "we", "us"). By using this website or enrolling in a program, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your phone number and contact you.
Programs and enrollment
Our programs, including the Lehasig workshop, the Mastermind Program and Lehasig Junior, are for adults aged 18 and over. Each program's page describes what it includes.
Seats are limited. Your seat is secured only once your payment is complete, and enrollment closes when all seats are full.
Payments
The price and payment options are shown when you enroll. If you choose a monthly payment plan, you authorize us to charge your card each month until the plan is paid in full.
If a payment does not go through, we will contact you by text, phone or email so you can update your payment details.
To cancel your enrollment or ask about a refund, contact the office at (844) 534-2744 or office@lehasig.com.
Classes
We may need to change a class date, time or location. If we do, we will tell you by text, phone or email.
Classes are a private space where members share personal stories, so recording a class is not allowed. The workbook and other course materials are for your own personal use and may not be copied, shared or sold.
Text messages
If you agree to receive text messages from Lehasig Inc., we will text you to confirm your enrollment, to tell you if a tuition payment was declined, and to pass on class information such as a change of date or location.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (844) 534-2744 or office@lehasig.com.
Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of enrolling. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Phone calls
We may call you about your enrollment, your class or a payment. If you enroll over the phone, the call records your spoken name so the office can enter it correctly.
Results
Our programs teach skills and give you tools to practice them. What you get out of them depends on you, and we do not promise any particular personal, business or financial result.
This website
We try to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it is provided as it is. Links to other websites, such as appointment booking or WhatsApp, take you to services we do not control.
To the extent the law allows, Lehasig is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or our programs.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
